Classic Fare Catering is the Museum's exclusive caterer. Any food or beverage brought into the Museum for the event must be provided for or approved by Classic Fare.
To Schedule a Date
To determine availability, a rental application must be completed and submitted for consideration a minimum of 75 days prior to the event. A temporary 15 day hold will be placed on the Harn Event calendar upon receipt of application. An approved, signed contract with a non-refundable deposit, insurance application and fee, must be received within 15 days of application to confirm date of event.
Proof and cost of liability insurance is the responsibility of the sponsor and must be provided to the museum and submitted with the signed contract 60 days prior to the event. Insurance secured through Montpelier US Insurance Company is based on the attached insurance fee schedule and is non-refundable.
Free parking is available in the Museum parking lot after 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and all day during weekends. When parking restrictions apply, guests may park in the pay lot for $4.00, but spaces are limited. The Museum does not reserve parking for events, and cannot guarantee the availability of parking for events. For more information on parking please visit http://www.parking.ufl.edu.
